Our Front Desk Team is here to welcome our patients and assist with all their needs, 24 hours a day. Being the first point of contact for anyone arriving to or contacting the clinic, their main role is ensuring patients receive the highest quality service and guiding them to the next step in their health evaluation.

Graduating in Computer Science from Capiz State University in the Philippines in 2013, Chary moved to Phnom Penh in 2017 and found employment as an Office Manager at a well-known clinic. She stayed in this role for over 3 years, gaining valuable managerial experience as well as knowledge about the medical industry. Her duties include responding and networking with clients; ensuring employee growth and satisfaction as well as communicating with upper management about department needs.
Chary began working at Intercare Medical Center in 2020. As the Front Desk Manager, she oversees the clinic reception area, coordinates all front desk activities, and supervises the support staff. Chary also acts as a liaison between the front desk team Intercare’s upper management.
